Day 78:

Perfection

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ

“Indeed, We created humans in the best form.”

Surah At-Tin 95:4

Coaching Insight

God created you perfectly , the most miraculous creation. Pause for a moment and feel the truth of this verse in your own body. Your heart beats without asking for permission. Your blood circulates, nourishing every cell. Your breath rises and falls in harmony. Millions of cells work silently to keep you alive. Your brain, your neurons, your thoughts, and your imagination; all expanding, all held within an intelligent system no human mind can fully explain.

Your senses open doors to colours, sounds, textures, and meaning. Beyond the senses lies a vast inner ocean: intuition, insight, and the quiet whispers of the soul, carrying thousands of answers.

Taqwīm in Arabic conveys the meaning of alignment and structure. It reminds us that within us is a built-in, perfect taqwīm, a natural alignment to which we can always return. Whether it is the harmony of mind, body, and soul, alignment with Allah in all areas of life, or a divine architecture where everything knows its place. As Al-Ghazālī teaches, chaos enters when the heart no longer leads. When the heart is centred, the mind, limbs, and inner world receive their guidance.

So when you feel small or overwhelmed, remember: you were crafted with the most beautiful balance. Inside you is a sacred architecture designed by God Himself.

Our role is simply to uncover the essence that has always been there.

“The complexity of the human body reflects a level of order that inspires awe.”

Daily Practice

Today, contemplate on the miraculous intelligent system within you.

Bring your awareness to your breath, how you naturally breathe.

Place your hand on your heart and be grateful for it pumping life throughout your body.

As you walk, really look at your feet, your toes, how it just happens, and send them gratitude.

Look at your hands and reflect on all the things they can do

Recall a time when you were sick and how your body eventually healed. Place your attention on the healing power of God through your body

If you are unwell, or know someone who is, pray for them using the Divine Name ‘Allah Al-Shāfī’ (ٱلشَّافِي) – The Healer.

Lastly, reflect on your internal structure: what is one thing you can do today to return to your best ‘taqwīm’, an alignment within you, a peaceful flow between heart, mind, and body.

“If you knew Who You Are – that you are the most magnificent, the most remarkable, the most splendid being God has ever created – you would never fear. For who could reject such wondrous magnificence? Not even God could find fault in such a being.”

Conversations with God –  Neale Donald Walsch

“Your body already heals itself. You may take antibiotics to combat infections, dose yourself with aspirin to reduce pain, get a cast on a broken wrist, or even have your appendix removed by a surgeon, but drugs and medical procedures themselves don’t “heal” you. They reduce inflammation, battle bacteria, or in the case of a cast or operation, make proper healing possible. But your body heals itself. And it does it magnificently. Through some process that we don’t fully understand, your body has the amazing, innate ability to repair itself.”
